What we collect
Ritam People stores the organisation and employee records you enter or import: names, work emails, identifiers, compensation, attendance, leave, and statutory numbers needed to run payroll and filings. Google sign-in only reads profile basics (name, email, avatar). We do not read your inbox.
How we use it
Data is used to operate the workspace you created: authentication, payroll computation, payslips, Form 16, compliance registers, and audit trails. We do not sell personal data. We do not use customer HR records to train public models.
Security
Sessions are cookie- or token-backed. Payroll create and disburse can require an authenticator code when the organisation has MFA enrolled. Access is scoped by workspace role. Production secrets stay in the host environment — they are not committed to the repository.
Retention and requests
We keep records for as long as the organisation needs them for payroll and statutory duty. To export or delete a workspace, write to hello@ritam.co.
