The product
Ritam People is a people system: employees, payroll, leave, attendance, and Indian statutory records. It is not a bank. Disbursement only queues a payment when a payroll run is ready and your organisation has configured payout rails.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of employee and bank data you enter, for inviting only people who should see that workspace, and for complying with applicable labour and tax law. Authenticator codes, if enrolled, must be kept on devices you control.
Availability
Staging and preview hosts may change without notice. Production availability depends on the Cloudflare Pages and Workers deployment that serves this origin.
